At Best Western PLUS Quebec City Downtown, our commitment to excellence knows no bounds. Although we never closed our doors, we are thrilled to present the incredible transformations we have undergone in recent years. Our goal is to make your stay even more memorable and comfortable. Discover what we have prepared for you:

Expansion and Complete Renovation of the Ground Floor

Our ground floor has undergone a radical transformation. The space has been completely redesigned to create an even more welcoming atmosphere. The lobby has been expanded through the demolition of three rooms, allowing us to reinvent our reception concept. We are proud to introduce self-service check-in kiosks for a quick and seamless arrival experience. Additionally, a bistro-bar has been added directly in the lobby, so you can relax as soon as you arrive.

Le NouVo Cuisine & Mixologie: Italian-Inspired Bistro-Bar

One of our most exciting developments is the brand-new dining concept within our new reception area. Le NouVo Cuisine & Mixologie is an Italian-inspired bistro-bar. You will discover an intimate ambiance with only 30 seats, emphasizing the quality of service and food. Our talented mixologist crafts a variety of exclusive cocktails. You will be captivated by our cuisine and the integrated preparation area directly at the central bar.

Exterior Redesign

We have also made improvements to our exterior to reflect our new identity. A new facade, new signage, and new windows have been added to create an image that seamlessly blends into the Saint-Roch neighborhood.
