The New France Festival (also known in French as Fêtes de la Nouvelle-France) are held in Quebec City and offer musical performances, dance and colorful costumed parades. Theater plays are also presented and a large costumed ball reminds participants of the past of the province, transporting them in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
Keep your eyes open, maybe you will come across one of the characters who played an important role in the history of our beautiful city. You can also costume yourself and take part in the party with the 30,000 costumed festival-goers!
